With 180 degree views of the ocean, this apartment webt from 80's Beach Kitch to Coastal Elegance during the throws of a global pandemic.

This was a difficult property to work on with being a complete concrete structure - floors, walls and all...  Add to that being subject to the 'joys' of in lockdown / out of lockdown / in lockdown as the build progressed.. but we think the results speak for themselves.
